Shipping Coverage
Currently, Egwatch ships exclusively within Egypt.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing
Orders are typically prepared and processed within 24 hours after they are confirmed.
Orders may be confirmed either:
- Through the checkout process on our website.
- By contacting our Customer Service team via WhatsApp.
All products are carefully inspected before shipment to ensure they meet our quality standards.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria: 1–3 business days.
- All other governorates in Egypt: Up to 7 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during public holidays, promotional campaigns, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Methods
To provide the best possible service:
- Orders within Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria are delivered by Egwatch’s own delivery representatives.
- Orders to all other governorates are delivered through trusted shipping partners.
Shipping Fees
Shipping charges vary depending on the delivery location.
From time to time, Egwatch may offer free shipping during seasonal promotions, special campaigns, or limited-time offers. Any applicable free shipping offer will be clearly displayed on the website.
Packaging
Every order is securely packaged to help protect the product during transportation.
Our team carefully checks each product before dispatch to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
Delivery Attempts
If the customer is unavailable during the first delivery attempt, we will contact the customer and arrange a second delivery attempt whenever possible.
If delivery cannot be completed after reasonable attempts or the customer is unreachable, the order may be canceled.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order.
Egwatch is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Damaged Shipments
Customers should inspect their order upon delivery.
If the package or product arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Support within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. We will review the issue and work to provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
