Refund & Return Policy

At Egwatch, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange according to the policy below.
Return & Exchange Period
Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and labels must be included.
- Watches must remain in the same condition as received, including the original protective stretch or factory-fitted bracelet condition.
- The product must not show signs of misuse, damage, modification, or normal wear.
Egwatch reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges may not be accepted for:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Products missing original packaging or accessories.
- Products returned after the 14-day return period.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected by our team.
If the return is approved:
- The refund will be processed using the appropriate payment method whenever possible.
- Bank transfers are generally completed within 7 business days after the inspection and approval of the returned product.
Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product.
Customers are also responsible for ensuring that returned products are securely packaged during shipment.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact Egwatch within 24 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos of the product and packaging, if applicable.
Our Customer Support team will review the case and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
Warranty
Products sold by Egwatch are covered by the warranty provided with the product.
Warranty periods may vary depending on the manufacturer or product model.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage resulting from:
- Misuse.
- Accidents.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Water damage, unless the manufacturer’s warranty specifically covers it.

Order Cancellation
Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been shipped.
If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation will be treated as a return request and will follow the conditions outlined in this policy.
