Ordering & Payment

- Egwatch does not store credit card information.
- Promo codes must be applied during checkout and cannot be applied afterward.
- Orders in another person’s name without consent may be reported.
- Egwatch may change prices, correct errors, or cancel orders if pricing is incorrect; canceled orders are refunded in full.
- Refunds for returned products will be issued to the customer’s bank account after the product is inspected, typically within 7 business days.
Returns & Exchanges (14-Day Policy)
